1. CHOOSE YOUR RIDE

2. SUBMIT YOUR RIDER FORM
a) Complete the booking form selecting your preferred date. We will confirm the final price with you including extras such as transfers once you have submitted the booking form. Please provide us with detailed information on your riding skills and experience to help us assess if you have the necessary riding ability for the trip which we also share to the ride operator to ensure you are matched with the right horse.
b) We will confirm availability and price with the operator.
c) You pay your deposit to secure your saddle. The usual deposit is 30% but some safaris require a higher deposit which we will clarify with you when you make a booking. If you book within 90 days of departure you will be required to forward full payment for your safari at the tome of booking. If your ride is less than £/€/$2000 you will be required to pay the full balance to secure your saddle.
We hold saddles for seven days to allow you time to make your deposit. For some rides with very long waitlists or a very short time until departure we allow 48 hours to make your payment.
3. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your deposit we will issue you a confirmation invoice. This confirms your place on the ride and acts as your contract with the ride operator. Up until this point we may need to return your deposit to you in the unlikely event that the Operator is not able to offer you a saddle on the ride.
You should not confirm flights until you receive your confirmation invoice. Your invoice will show your deposit and final balance date. We will also email you important information on the ride; an equipment list and an itinerary confirming all the details of your trip.
4. NEXT STEPS
We will ask for a copy of your travel insurance certificate and your arrival and departure information to arrange your transfers to the meeting point.
One month before the ride we will create a WhatsApp group to introduce you to the other riders in your groups and share our recommendations for making the most out of your safari.
